Develop your nature awareness skills, expand yor
senses, practice mindfulness, and relax with our:
Mindfullness Workshops!
Daily activities, distractions and responsibilities make it all
to easy to loose touch with the natural world and ourselves. Learn
what it means to be present with yourself and your surroundings.
We've developed dynamic and simple exercises, games, and guided
meditations to help connec tyou to the information available through
your senses. These work for people from all skill levels and belief
systems. You will learn and practice how to bring focus to individual
senses and body sensations, develop relaxation techniques, and be
more aware of the world around you.
This beginner-friendly group is offered
free to the community ! However, any donations are
gladly accepted to help keep programs, such as
this group, available to our community!
We will meet at Mt. Tabor Park from 9:30AM to 11:00AM
